We clean upholstery in 178 towns and villages across Nassau and Suffolk County, at identical prices in every one of them. No travel charge, no distance surcharge, no postcode pricing. Find your town below.
By county
One price, everywhere
This is worth stating plainly because the industry generally does the opposite. A three-seat sofa is $125 in Wyandanch and $125 in Water Mill. A mattress is $99 in Elmont and $99 in East Hampton. Dining chairs are $20 each wherever your dining room happens to be.
We don't add for distance, for parking, for stairs, for elevators, for weekends or for fuel. Montauk is 86 miles from the Nassau border and it costs what Valley Stream costs. If a company's price depends on your address, what they're really pricing is what they think you can afford.
Scheduling across the Island
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available throughout Nassau and western and central Suffolk. Out on the North Fork and through the Hamptons, scheduling can take an extra day during peak summer weeks simply because of demand and driving time — but the price is unchanged and we serve the East End year-round.
Send a quote through the calculator with your town in the form and we'll call the same day with the earliest window we have for your address.
Village not listed? The list below covers the towns, villages and hamlets we're asked for most, but we serve all of Nassau and Suffolk without exception. If yours isn't here, put it in the form anyway — we'll be there.
Condos, co-ops and buildings with requirements
A great deal of Long Island's housing is co-op and condo, particularly through the Five Towns, Long Beach, Great Neck, Rockville Centre and Port Jefferson. We work inside the apartment — nothing needs to go out to a truck — and our equipment fits a standard hallway and elevator.
If your building requires a certificate of insurance before contractors can work on site, tell us when you book and we'll send it to your management office ahead of the appointment. It's routine and it doesn't delay anything as long as we know a day or two in advance.
Commercial across both counties
We clean upholstery for offices, medical and dental waiting rooms, salons, funeral homes, restaurants, houses of worship and short-term rentals throughout Nassau and Suffolk. Waiting-room seating in particular wears in an unusual pattern — heavy short-duration use, far more hand contact on the arms than domestic furniture, and very little airing out.
Commercial accounts are quoted from the same published list, so there's no surprise at renewal, and most run two to four cleans a year. We work outside business hours where that suits, and everything is dry before the next morning. Office and conference chairs are $20 each, which makes a full floor genuinely affordable.

Questions Long Island homeowners ask
Which areas of Long Island do you serve?
All 178 towns and villages across Nassau and Suffolk County — 74 in Nassau and 104 in Suffolk, from Elmont and Valley Stream in the west out to Montauk and Orient on the East End, including Shelter Island.
Do you charge more to come further out?
No. There is no travel charge, distance surcharge or postcode pricing anywhere on Long Island. Montauk is 86 miles from the Nassau line and costs exactly what Valley Stream costs. If a company's price depends on your address, what they are really pricing is what they think you can afford.
How soon can you reach the East End?
Scheduling on the North Fork and through the Hamptons can take an extra day during peak summer weeks, simply because of demand and driving time. The price is unchanged and we serve the East End year-round. Send a quote and we will call the same day with the earliest window available.
Can you clean in a co-op or condo building?
Yes. We work inside the apartment — nothing needs to go out to a truck — and our equipment fits a standard hallway and elevator. If your building requires a certificate of insurance for contractors, tell us when you book and we will send it to management ahead of the appointment.
Do you do commercial work?
Across both counties — offices, medical and dental waiting rooms, salons, funeral homes, restaurants, houses of worship and short-term rentals. Commercial accounts are quoted from the same published price list, and office and conference chairs are $20 each. We work outside business hours where that suits.
My village isn't on your list — do you still come?
Yes. The list covers the towns, villages and hamlets we are asked for most, but we serve all of Nassau and Suffolk without exception. Put your address in the booking form and we will be there.
