We are upholstery cleaning specialists serving every town in Nassau and Suffolk County. Sofas, sectionals, dining chairs, recliners, mattresses, headboards and patio furniture — cleaned with 100% organic, pet-safe and baby-safe solutions, at prices published in full before you ever call us.
Why we publish prices
Search for upholstery cleaning costs on Long Island and you'll find national averages, Manhattan companies, and a great many forms asking you to call. Almost nobody local will name a number before they're standing in your living room.
There's a reason for that, and it isn't in your favour. A quote given on your doorstep can be adjusted — for the size of your house, for how urgent you sound, for what the technician thinks you'll pay. Advertise $79 a room, arrive, explain that pre-treatment and spot removal and speed drying are all extras, and $79 becomes $260 while the van is already unloaded.
We'd rather you knew before you called. A three-seat sofa is $125 in Elmont and $125 in Sands Point. If that's more than you wanted to spend, you've lost nothing but the minute it took to read it.
What we are good at
Upholstery is the most demanding surface in a house to clean properly, and it is what we have built the business around. Dozens of fabrics, unpredictable construction, dyes that can bleed, foam that holds water — and furniture that often cost more than everything else in the room put together.
We use a dedicated upholstery hand tool with strong vacuum recovery and restrained solution flow, so fabric never gets wetter than it can give back. We read the manufacturer's cleaning code before anything touches the piece, and we test in a hidden area when there is no tag. Done right, furniture comes back genuinely clean and soft with no smell and no residue.
We clean carpet and area rugs across Long Island too, and combining them with your furniture in one visit costs less than booking twice.
Organic, and why it matters more here
Everything we carry is plant-derived and non-toxic. That's a practical decision rather than a marketing one: carpet is underfoot, but upholstery is where skin actually rests. It's where a baby naps, where the dog sleeps, where you fall asleep in front of the television. Whatever remains in that fabric stays in prolonged contact with people.
It also solves the residue problem. Detergent left in fabric stays sticky and attracts soil immediately, which is why some sofas look worse a month after cleaning than before — the origin of the myth that cleaning makes furniture soil faster. It wasn't the cleaning; it was the rinse that never happened.
What we'll tell you honestly
There are jobs we turn down. Silk that shouldn't be wet-cleaned. Antique upholstery with dyes that will bleed or a hide-glue frame that will soften. Bonded leather that's already peeling, where nothing can be done and spending money on it is pointless. Pet urine that's saturated through to the frame or the floor, where cleaning the fabric improves things but won't fully resolve the smell.
In every one of those cases we'd rather say so before taking payment than after. Walking away from a job costs us one appointment. Damaging someone's furniture costs considerably more than that, and it should.

Questions Long Island homeowners ask
What makes you different from other cleaners on Long Island?
Two things. We publish every price on this website rather than quoting on your doorstep, and upholstery is our specialty rather than a sideline to carpet work — which means different equipment, and reading the fabric's cleaning code before anything touches it.
Why does using carpet equipment on furniture matter?
A carpet wand puts too much water in at too much pressure with too little control. Upholstery needs a hand tool with strong vacuum recovery and restrained solution flow, so fabric never gets wetter than it can give back. Carpet equipment on furniture is the usual cause of water rings, shrinkage and lingering damp smell.
Are there jobs you turn down?
Yes. Silk that should not be wet-cleaned, antique upholstery with dyes that will bleed or a hide-glue frame, bonded leather that is already peeling, and pet urine that has saturated through to the frame or floor. We would rather say so before taking payment than after.
What does organic actually mean in your case?
Plant-derived, non-toxic solutions with no harsh detergents or optical brighteners, and a proper rinse so nothing is left in the fabric. No chemical smell, nothing to air out, and the room is usable as soon as the fabric is dry.
Do you charge more in wealthier towns?
No, and we publish prices specifically so nobody has to wonder. A three-seat sofa is $125 in Elmont and $125 in Sands Point.
