Suffolk County runs 86 miles from the Nassau line to Montauk Point, and the furniture changes completely along the way. We clean upholstery in all 104 Suffolk towns — the same published prices in Wyandanch as in Water Mill, using 100% organic solutions that are safe around children and pets.
One county, four different jobs
Practically speaking, Suffolk breaks into distinct kinds of work. In the western towns — Deer Park, Brentwood, Central Islip, Bay Shore, Lindenhurst — we're mostly cleaning hard-working family furniture: sectionals that seat everybody, dining sets that get daily use, mattresses in houses with growing kids. The priority there is removing real accumulated soil and doing it affordably.
Through the Huntington corridor and up the North Shore the picture shifts. Huntington, South Huntington, Dix Hills, Melville, Cold Spring Harbor and Lloyd Harbor have larger homes with larger furniture, and that means four-piece and five-piece sectionals, designer fabrics, and pieces that genuinely represent an investment. This is where we see the most velvet, bouclé and performance fabric, and where correct fabric identification matters most — the cost of getting it wrong on a custom sectional is enormous.
Central Brookhaven — Coram, Selden, Centereach, Medford, Patchogue — is high-volume family housing much like the west, with a heavier proportion of pet households. Pet urine treatment comes up more often here than anywhere else on the Island.
Then the East End. The North Fork and the Hamptons run on a seasonal rhythm: houses fill up between Memorial Day and Labor Day, then sit closed. That produces two very different cleaning needs — heavy turnover work during the season, and pre-opening or post-closing cleans where the enemy is not traffic but dampness, mustiness and whatever grew in a closed-up house over the winter.

Large sectionals and the $220 tier
Suffolk is where our four-piece sectional price gets used most. A large L-shape or U-shape with four or more sections is $220, and that covers every section, the chaise, the back cushions and the deck underneath. It is not priced per seat and it does not creep upward once we arrive.
Two things worth knowing about big sectionals. First, they almost never get moved, so the deck and the wall side accumulate years of dust that never shows until you clean the rest. Second, they're frequently upholstered in performance fabric or bouclé, both of which respond well to proper extraction and badly to household cleaners. If yours is a textured or looped fabric, read our bouclé cleaning guide before anyone attempts a spot at home.
Second homes, rentals and seasonal properties
If you rent out an East End property, upholstery is the thing guests notice and the thing that ages fastest. A summer season of wet swimsuits, sunscreen and sand does real damage: sunscreen in particular contains oils and titanium dioxide that bond to fabric and yellow it if they're left through the winter. Cleaning at the end of the season rather than the start of the next one prevents the damage from setting.
For closed-up houses, the pre-season clean matters for a different reason. Furniture that sits in an unheated, unventilated house through a Long Island winter absorbs moisture, and that shows up as a musty smell the moment the heat goes on. Extraction removes both the odor source and the settled dust in one visit.

Questions Long Island homeowners ask
Do you really cover all of Suffolk County?
Yes — all 104 towns, from Amityville and Deer Park in the west through Smithtown and Brookhaven to the North Fork, Shelter Island and Montauk. There is no travel charge and no distance surcharge anywhere in the county.
How much is a large sectional?
A sectional with four or more sections is $220. A two or three section sectional is $150. Both prices include every section, the chaise, the back cushions and the deck underneath — nothing is priced separately and the number does not change once we arrive.
Can you clean a house that has been closed for the winter?
Yes, and it is worth doing before the season rather than after. Furniture in an unheated, unventilated house absorbs moisture over the winter, which produces a musty smell as soon as the heat goes on. Hot-water extraction removes the odor source and the settled dust in the same visit.
Do you work with rental and second-home properties?
Regularly. For seasonal rentals we recommend cleaning at the end of the season rather than the start of the next one — sunscreen oils in particular bond to fabric and yellow it if they are left in place over the winter.
Are you slower to reach the East End?
Scheduling out east can take an extra day in peak summer, but the price is identical and we serve the full county year-round. Send a quote online and we will confirm the earliest window available for your address.
Which fabrics do you see most in Suffolk?
Performance fabric and bouclé on large sectionals through the Huntington corridor and the North Shore, standard polyester blends in the western towns, and a lot of linen and natural fibers on the East End. Method changes with the fabric but the price does not.
