This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or book a cleaning, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Note: this page is a general statement of our practices, not legal advice. If you have a specific question about your rights, consult a qualified attorney.
What we collect
When you submit a quote through the calculator on this site, we receive the name, phone number, email address and town you enter, along with the itemised list of pieces you selected and the page you submitted from. That's it — we don't ask for an address until we speak to you, and we never ask for payment details online.
Our website may also collect standard technical information through analytics: pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type and referring site. This is aggregate information used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify individuals.
What we use it for
Your contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, confirm your appointment, and carry out the work. We may contact you afterwards about the job itself. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing.
Quote submissions are delivered to our email through a third-party form service. Payment, when taken, is processed at the point of service through standard card, Zelle or Venmo systems — we don't store card numbers.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the calculator and the rest of the site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting obligations. If you'd like your details removed from our records, ask and we'll do it, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of any non-essential contact at any time. Contact us on (516) 894-2974 or through the form on our contact page.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging a service. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
